Composition structure:
The remote control is mainly composed of a microprocessor chip, a crystal oscillator, an amplifying transistor, an infrared light-emitting diode and a keyboard matrix.
Working principle and performance characteristics:
The remote control mold says that the internal oscillator of IC1 forms a high-frequency oscillator with the external oscillation crystal X through pins 2 and 3 to generate a high-frequency oscillation signal (480kHz). After the signal is sent to the timing signal generator, a 40KHz sinusoidal signal and a timing pulse signal are generated. The sinusoidal signal is sent to the code modulator as a carrier signal; the timing pulse signal is sent to the scan signal generator, the key input encoder and the command encoder as a time standard signal for these circuits.
IC1 internal scanning signal generator generates five kinds of scanning pulse signals at different times, which are output from pins 5 to 9 and sent to the keyboard matrix circuit. When one key is pressed, control signals of the key corresponding to the function are respectively input from pins 10 to 14 to the key encoder, and digital signals of the corresponding function are output. Then, the finger encoder outputs the finger code signal, which is modulated on the carrier signal by the modulator to form a high-frequency pulse train containing functional information, and the 17-pin output is amplified by the transistor BG to drive the infrared light-emitting diode D to issue a pulse modulation signal.
The remote control mold said that the appearance performance requirements mainly include the following aspects:
(1) The appearance of the remote control shall not have scratches, stains, cracks, burrs, mildew, coating peeling and loose structure.
(2) The battery cover cannot fall off and the battery spring cannot rust.
(3) There should be no cracks or black spots on the LCD screen.
(4) The pencil hardness on the surface of the remote control is not less than 2H, and there should be no obvious scratches.
(5) The text, marks and coating parts on the surface of the remote control should be clearly distinguishable. Press the transparent adhesive tape with adhesion of 2~3 n cm2 on the above parts, apply a force perpendicular to the surface of the remote control by hand, and then quickly pull the tape down so that the text, mark and coating parts will not fall off.
(6) The surface of the remote controller can withstand 60 warm water, 20[%] salt water, anhydrous ethanol, edible oil, etc. After dropping the above items on the surface of the remote control, the surface hardness and appearance of the remote control should not be abnormal, and the text, signs and coating parts should be clearly distinguishable.
(7) The load life of the remote control buttons should not be less than 100000 times. After applying 10N force to the left, right, front and rear sides of the buttons, the buttons should be released. The keys should be completely reset and there should be no key jamming.
Electrical performance requirements refer to the electrical performance beyond the functional requirements, mainly including the following aspects:
(1) Static working current 40 uA, remote control battery life 1 year.
(2) When the power supply voltage is 3V, accept the distance.
10m, when the power supply voltage is 214V, accept the distance.
7m, the signal should be normal.
(3) Infrared emission peak irradiance: When the power supply voltage is 3V, the irradiance is 40 uWcm 2, and when the power supply voltage is 2.4V, the irradiance is 20 uWcm 2.
(4) The directivity angle of the remote controller is 20.
(5) If there is a clock display, the clock accuracy is 542 hours.
